Beauty Buzz: Smooth Away Hair Removal System

Good Morning my Fashion Friends!
From time to time I get lured in by the wonders of the television. I’ve always seen hair removal products on TV but I never step away from my tried-and-true razor/tweezer method. Recently, however, I got a chance to try the Smooth Away System. Now, I’m not the hairiest girl in the jungle, but I have my problem areas. As we know in fashion women are supposed to be hair less, cellulite-free creatures – WHATEVER – It takes work to be this amazing.
Anyway, I decided to give it a try. The package comes with these two applicators – a large one for your legs and arms, and a smaller one for your facial area. On the applicator are these pads that look like sand-paper, but it’s supposed to be a micro-crystalline paper.
I was skeptical. So I tried on my arm first. You rub in a circular motion. After about 3-4 minutes the hair was gone. I was amazed. Then, I went for the leg area – specifically under my knee – rubbed the sand-paper thing in a circular motion, miraculously the hair was GONE. I called FAB GIRL Sabrina and told her -You got to try this thing.
I took the smaller applicator and went for the chin area -WHOOPS – nope, not a good place to go. My skin is too sensitive. My face was red and had a burning feeling for about 15 minutes. The HAIR WAS GONE, but I didn’t like the way it made my face feel.
So, for your legs and arms, this is a GENIUS invention. It exfoliates and removes the hair. It leaves the area feeling very smooth. Be cautious of your face, if you have sensitive skin like Ms. Lyssa, you may experience burning or redness in the area. But give a try, it’s only $9.99 and you can buy at your local Walgreen’s or other popular drugstores.
