Style File: Kourtney Kardashian, Effortless class!

Last week I started a series called Style Files where I take a look at a celebs hot looks from the past years. This week’s celeb stylista is Kourtney Kardashian. The 32 year old beauty is the eldest sister of the beautiful and successful Kardashian clan (Kim, Khloe, Kylie, and Kendall). She has a degree in Theater Arts (minor in Spanish) and is marketed as the ‘brains’ of the Kardashian crew. Kourtney is the mother of a 1 year old son, Mason, and girlfriend of the stylish businessman Scott Disick. Fans can track Kourtney and her family’s escapades on their award winnning reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

So why did I choose Kourtney over the other Kardashian ladies? Well, Kourtney’s style has always appealed to me. Because she’s the oldest, Kourtney seems to show an effortless style that comes with being comfortable with your body and your self-image. She’s not afraid to wear flats, even though she’s only 5’3″. She’s not afraid to let the press know she has breast implants (before she had the baby). She wasn’t afraid to let the world know her struggle with weightloss after having her son. Additionally, I love the way she doesn’t defend her relationship with on agian/off again boyfriend Scott.

Kourtney’s maturity is translated in her clothing selections which are a mix of California chic and uptown trends. Take a look at Kourtney Kardashian’s style file:
