As fast as it came, it’s going to be gone! Yes, girl, summer is saying farewell and my favorite season is around the corner – FALL! Shout out to the team at Jessica London for sending me some pre-fall looks to help me transition into the new season.

Oh friends, can you feel the warmth of spring busting through the dreary clouds! It’s gonna be a brighter day! So, when I asked my Instagram followers what trends they’d like to see me rock, everyone responded with MORE COLOR! Oh, and more denim. I guess I’d fallen into a bit of a wardrobe rut. So, took the advice of my fave people and opted for more color in my latest delivery from Jessica London.
It’s the first day of Spring! I don’t know about you, but I’m excited for the return of patio happy hours, more sunlight, and warm temperature. This week has been one of the coldest in recorded history. It’s hard to fathom that spring is around the corner. If you are like me, when I shop, i want to wear my clothes immediately. I hate waiting. But, we all know it makes no sense to look like a whole fool wearing out-of season fashions. Unless, you get creative!

Lets talk about aging and getting dressed. As a woman past 30, I’m always conflicted about dressing ‘my age’. I’ve always skewed young, most people pointing out that I don’t look my age. Even when I was in my 20’s my face has read younger. Also, I’ve always worked in youth development, so it makes sense for me to be up with the young people.
