What a pleasure to find Barack Obama on Time Magazine as their Person of the Year.

The photo is President Obama’s first photo sitting since the re-election. The image was shot by famed photographer Nadav Kander who is known for his painter-like editing. TIME’s managing editor Rick Stengel said the magazine picked President Obama as “Person Of The Year” becuase, “We are in the midst of historic cultural and demographic changes, and Obama is both the symbol and in some ways the architect of this new America.”
