FACE: Vanish Hourglass Foundation – Review

If you follow me on Snapchat, you know I’m totally obsessed with Youtube make-up bloggers. You can only watch make-up experts for so long before you start learning a couple of tips and wanting to become amazing as well. So, when the folks at Influenster contacted me to try out the new Hourglass Foundation Stick & Seamless Finish Foundation Brush I was super excited. Check out my review:

This new compact high-performance foundation stick goes on super smooth and lasts forever. Hourglass Foundation Stick comes in 26 colors from the fair to deep. Seriously, If you can’t find your shade in this foundation, you aren’t trying hard enough. Hourglass products can be found in your local Sephora and online. I was a bit skeptical about using the foundation, I thought it’d be too heavy for my combination skin, but it worked amazingly.

When you do purchase this product, make sure to get the accompanying foundation brush. It’s dense, yet pliable, and helps the foundation blend amazingly. Some reviewers complained that there’s not enough product in the tube, but you don’t need much. A little goes a LONG way! I chose the color ‘Almond’ that is described as “deep, with a warm undertone”. The coverage is great, any blemishes and dark spots are instantly. I can’t speak highly enough about this product.

Did I mention, this product boasts 12 hour wear, water-proof coverage, and adjusts to your body temp for a seamless finish. I can attest that these claims are pretty solid. I can’t claim the 12 hour wear, because I don’t wear my make-up that long, but water-proof and temp adjusting, are very true. How do I know? I thought the shade I chose was too light, but I gave it about 5 minutes and the seamless tone was evident.

So, I’m give this the Fab Glance seal of approval! Even though this was a sponsored post, I’d buy this product in a heartbeat and you should too. What new foundations have you tried this month? Let’s discuss in the comments section!
