Jessica Szohr aka Vanessa Abrams from Gossip Girl arrived at the Hot Hollywood party sponsored by US Weekly wearing this ‘all-black’ number. I’m really liking her lace tops and tulle skirt. While other starlets would have wore the newest pair of Louboutins, Jessica went with a pair of suede oxford lace-ups. I love this look! Do you?
