Every week I’ve been excited to share my juicing recipes. Thanks for sharing my recipes with your friends. Today, it’s not a juice but a smoothie! Oh yeah!
I juice my fruits & veggies at least 3x a week but EVERYDAY I drink a smoothie for breakfast. It’s a great way to get fruits, veggies, and fiber in your diet. Like, there’s no way I could get all these nutrients in my body if I was just eating the physical fruit and veggie. So let’s get into today’s recipe:
I love a thick smoothie! It fills you up for the long haul and seems more satisfying. There’s a ton of green smoothie recipes – but this one is muy TROPICAL!
To make a thicker smoothie – use frozen fruit. You could purchase frozen fruits or you can freeze fresh fruit. That way you don’t have to use ice and you get a tastier smoothie.
RECIPE:
1 banana
1/3 cup frozen strawberry
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 cup water
Blend well and enjoy! This recipe makes two 16oz servings.
Make sure to try this recipe. It’s so tasty!! Let me know if you have a favorite green smoothie recipe in the comments section.
