I loved my look for the 12 & Broad ‘Music City Hair Ball’! And, when you leave an event ALREADY thinking about what you’re gonna wear for NEXT YEAR’s event – then you know you had fun. 

On Saturday, the wacky, weird, and wonderful publication, 12 & Broad, hosted their inaugural HAIR BALL. It was a celebration of creativity with a splash Nashville’s finest and most creative hair innovators. Part hair show, part fashion show, and part fundraising event, the HAIR BALL was all fun and had every guest wanting more! 

My look for the night was ‘Garden Fairy’ and I went all out. I found this cute summer dress from Belk’s plus-size department and then I created this MASSIVE floral headpiece. Seriously it was heavy – but everyone loved it! 

 

On my fave I used a couple new products (Shea Moisture’s new make-up line) and an old standby (Maybelline Mega-Plush mascara). 

This was my first time doing my own lashes – LAWD! I need practice but I like the way the look turned out.
