Shout out to the wonderful winners of the 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards – on the red carpet and on screen. The Primetime Emmys celebrate our favorite shows on network TV including streaming services. Of course the celebs stepped out in their very best. I love that the show is during the summer. It was fun to see all the bright colors on the red carpet. Take a look! Then tell me your faves.
Keke Palmer, above, was one if the first celebs to arrive. She wore this gorgeous royal blue mermaid style gown. I’m not even mad at the deep neckline. She’s looks gorgeous.
Some didn’t like Teyonah Parris’ (of Mad Men) color-block neon look – but I lived it. The dramatic tail with the fitted silhouette was sexy, but the color made it fun!
More bright colors and SPARKLES from Kate Walsh and Julia Roberts. This is the cutest photobomb ever!
OMG, if you are a fan of the movie Clueless then you should recognize Lizzy Caplan aka Janice Ian. This black & white cutout gown is very glam!
I think everyone is a fan of Orange is the New Black – that’s why their cast has won all the awards. Check out award winner Uzo Aduba who plays ‘Crazy Eyes’. She wore a red mermaid style Cristian Siriano gown. Just gorgeous.
Another Orange is the New Black cast mate wowed on the red carpet. Samira Wiley rocked Cristian Siriano as well and looked amazing.
Melissa McCarthy represented for the plus size ladies in a custom made Marchesa gown. This is the best she’s ever looked on the red carpet!
Laverne Cox continues to SLAY these carpets. The Orange is the New Black star wore all white to the awards.
And my absolute favorite look of the night goes to Sarah Hyland from Modern Family. The croptop trend isn’t leaving soon and this young starlet looked sexy and glam rocking the style.
