SNEAKER STYLE: Bodycons and Nike Air MAX

I’m so excited to share this STYLE SERIES with you! Last month I shared my Summer Style through four different looks – click here for my SUMMER STYLE series. This month, as an official media partner for the Sneaker and Speakers event, I thought I’d share my favorite sneaker looks with you. Sneakers and Speakers is an annual sneaker and music event hosted in Nashville.

With the fusion of music added to the fashionable forte of sneaker collecting;  DJs, music ciphers and performances were mixed with original artwork, dance and like minded individuals with similar goals and interests. – Sneakerxspeakers.com
This year, the event is slated to be better than ever with local/national musical guests, top sneaker vendors, giveaways, and even a trading area. Sneakers and Speakers Volume 4 goes down on August 30, at The East Pavillion in East Nashville. So many times sneaker collectors think they need to leave the city to participate in sneaker conventions, but the folks at Sneakers and Speakers are working hard to bring that same experience to Nashville.  CLICK HERE to purchase tickets

Many of my friends know I have an extensive sneaker collection. I don’t have too many ‘exclusive’ pick-ups, but I have a couple limited edition looks that I like to rock. Truthfully, I’m more of a sneaker girl than a pumps girl. These are one of my favorite pairs of Nike Airmax trainers. I picked these up last year from Finish Line. I love the cobalt blue and neon green colorway.

I paired these sneakers with a bodycon dress I picked up from ASOS during a spring sale. The clutch is from ASOS too. Sometimes ladies think that you have to rock a pair of pumps with bodycon dresses, but these sneakers are comfortable, cute, and on trend.

Come back tomorrow to see another pair of kicks I’m sharing with you. These looks should inspire you to purchase a pair for your fall wardrobe.

Don’t forget to purchse tix for Sneakers and Speakers on August 30th!
