Some people hate Valentine’s Day because it reminds them that they don’t have a love, others hate it because they think it’s a made-up day. I’m one of those people that enjoy most holidays – Valentine’s Day especially. Even though I don’t have a Valentine this year, I still will celebrate those around me. And yes, I’ll dress up! 

My Valentine’s Day look came up by accident! LOL! I purchased this dress for my birthday about two years ago. I love it so! The lace illusion and the popping pink color are just the thing you need for a birthday party. But, as the days got colder, I yearned to wear my fave dress again. Come to find out, this random pink turtleneck I purchased YEARS ago was the perfect shade of pink and layered perfectly under my pink party dress. Way to shop my closet and find a cute Valentine’s Day look!

My favorite part of this look is this gorgeous necklace! The multi-colored jewels arranged in old-school estate style give this look an especially feminine vibe. Best part about this necklace is the cost – it was $10 and I purchased it from WAL-MART! Right?!? I always tell people even if you can’t fit the clothes in a store, check out the accessories department – there’s always something FAB in the accessory department.

So, if you are celebrating Valentine’s Day alone, don’t fret! Dress up, look amazing, even if you don’t leave the house – treat yourself! Have an amazing Valentine’s Day!
