Hello, and thanks for coming through for another installment of FAB FAVES! This week I’m talking about my newest fave thing, or renewed thing . . . working out! I have some exciting announcements and travel coming up. I need to be healthy and I need to be happy. This time around I’m taking a different approach to my fitness journey. Let’s discuss
This time around, I’m not giving myself any excuses. I had to come to the realization that I HATE working out in the afternoon. Why? I get home too late and that doesn’t give me enough time to write, meal prep, or anything. Now, I get up at 5am! I know! But I’m able to get an hour workout and do my morning devotional. I would have never thought that I’d enjoy getting up early to go to the gym. Especially as it’s been this cold!
But, my new mantra (shown above) is, I have no excuse to do something that is so beneficial. Every time I get weary, lazy, or want to procrastinate, I have to make sure I know what’s important. Being healthy and preparing myself to take over this blogging world is a big deal to me. There’s no more time for excuses.
