Oh friends, can you feel the warmth of spring busting through the dreary clouds! It’s gonna be a brighter day! So, when I asked my Instagram followers what trends they’d like to see me rock, everyone responded with MORE COLOR! Oh, and more denim. I guess I’d fallen into a bit of a wardrobe rut. So, took the advice of my fave people and opted for more color in my latest delivery from Jessica London.

To brighten up my spring wardrobe, I added this classic look. This A-line denim dress has brought me life. I can wear this with a classic button-down (seen above) or as the weather gets warmer I can go sleeveless. For this look, I gave the dress a different shape by added this vintage braided belt in the color green! I’ve had this belt for years and couldn’t part with it; I loved the color.
Oh yeah, I added these super cute sneakers with the look! Y’all know I love a good sneaker, I talked about it in my Air Max Day post. However, if you don’t want to spend a bunch of money on a pair of expensive sneakers, these cute pink sneakers are a great move. These sneakers are SUPER comfy and super cute. I wore them with both looks!
See, these shoes are so CUTE!!! The floral details are high-quality and the shoe is really comfortable. It come in sizes 5-12 WW so they look good on everyone. I always recommend good quality sneakers for ladies who aren’t really into sneakers. These are good if you want to look cute, but you usually wear heels.
The second look for this week’s style post is VERY BRIGHT! You guys wanted bright colors and denim, I’m giving you bright colors and DENIM! this was my first time trying Jessica London’s denim collection. I’m very skeptical about jeans because I’m hard to fit. I’m 6ft tall, chunky thighs & butt, with a small waist. Most of the time denim just doesn’t fit right on my frame. However, these tummy control denim jeans come in TALL and were almost too long for me. They are super comfortable and i could stand to go down a size.
So, can we talk about this shirt! I wanted to get something that can transition from spring to summer. Also, don’t tell anyone, but pink is (low-key) one of my favorite colors. This longer fitting boat-neck shirt is great for work and the weekend. I pared it with this cute mini-purse for a trendy monochromatic vibe! I sized up, for a roomier fit, but you could def get your size for a more form-fitting look. This shirt comes in sizes 12-32!
I hope this week’s looks inspire you to have a BRIGHTER day! Remember, click any pic to shop the look. Follow me on Instagram for exclusive photos and funny instastory adventures!
