I did it! I made it! I finished my 40 Day Detox and I’m proud of myself! Back in June, I had doubts that I could finish this challenge, but I had more hope that I wanted to change my life and my eating habits. Today, I’m proud to say I lost 27lbs in 40 days!

#FABJUICING: Celery Celebration!

I just secured tickets to Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s On The Run Tour! Oh yes, celebrate with me!! Of course I had to reference today’s juice for fabulous couple!

This summer I’ll be doing a lot of traveling so it’s imperative that I focus on having a healthy body – and a bit of weight loss doesn’t hurt. My Beyoncé experience takes place on July 18 in Atlanta – so you know I’ll want to be feeling FLAWLESS!

RECIPE: 
  • 2 cups small green seedless grapes
  • 6 stalks of celery
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lemon
Juice all fruits and veggies in your juicer. Chill and enjoy!
This juice might just go in the rotation! Even though I hate the taste of juiced celery, celery is quite beneficial to the body:
  • Prevents cancer
  • Helps lower cholesterol
  • Controls blood pressure
  • Helps with digestion
  • It’s an anti-inflammatory and helps with arthritis
  • Aids in weightloss
  • Hydrates skin because it’s loaded with vitamins A, B, C, K, niacin and folate
  • The vitamin A helps keep your scalp happy
Hmm seems like this is the recipe for Flawlessness!
